Yesterday I rediscovered a old paper I found at my office a couple of months ago, it mentioned the Satir Interaction Model. "Virginia Satir believed that all levels of human interaction need congruent communication in which intentions align with verbal and non-verbal messages. In Ingredients of an interaction, Virginia Satir distinguishes several states of internal processing in any significant interaction."
Now I have read about it some more on the Internet and I have decided that it is finally time to buy one of her books (which also covers the Satir Change Model)
